Bills being paid from ma accounts. Quiickbooks service is not existent. If you call out of regular business hours notice their false advertising about 24 hr service they will tell you you will need to call in regular business hours.
When you call during regular business hours they will tell you there is nothing that can be done about your issue. If you want your bill paid on time and from the correct checking account, avoid the services of this company.

Just dealing with their support teams for Mac has convinced me that Quickbooks and Intuit does not care about their customers or their experience.
They arranged a call back for the next day with customer support which I received later then promised and the customer support rep who called me said she couldn't help me either. YES, they called to tell me they couldn't help. Another rep confirmed they only have support teams in India and Philippines on all of their outward facing numbers.
